Earlbeam Facilities Management Ltd Team provides building maintenance services, our three main categories are Planned Maintenance, Responsive Maintenance and Minor Works. Each of these core areas are strictly guided by procedures and documentation, such as Daily Logs/Work service registers, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedules, Checklists, Method Statements and Risk Assessments (routine or non-routine), of which samples are attached (Appendix A).  Services provide include and not limited to:
